Rule 7
Committee action
(1) The committee will discuss the matter on the agenda in its meeting.
(2) If a director wants to discuss something outside the agenda, it can be done with the approval of all the directors present.
(3) Every question of the Assembly shall be decided by a simple majority. But if the votes are equal, the chairman will give the deciding vote.
